10 on 10 | Tracy Tisdale Photography Pensacola Florida

This month’s 10 on 10 comes from the shores of Pensacola Beach.  What a beautiful day we had last Monday. I am so thankful to be so close to one of the most beautiful beaches in America.

Click on the link under my image and go on a journey to see the other photographer’s 10 on 10 posts.  We have joined together from around the world and post 10 images each month on the 10th.

These make me that much more anxious for our vacation in a few weeks! Looking at beach pictures never gets old for me. I’ve never visited a Florida beach, but I think it’s definitely in order for vacation one of these years.

10 on 10 | Pensacola Florida Photography

Every month I am so glad that I twisted my arm to join in on some personal projects.  Especially since I have been neglecting my blog and my camera this month.  These personal projects are created to either open up your mind to some creative options or just open up your mind to taking my snapshots of your kids.

So, here it is. Snapshots of my boys and my nephew. Doing what they love to do. Baseball.  This is where we spend several nights a week practicing and once or twice a week for games. I don’t love the game as much as I love to watch these kids play. I really love to see them learn new skills, develop great team sportsmanship, and push their self to be even better than their last game.  Those things are priceless to me. It’s fun. It’s worth it. They are worth it.

Now go and check out a good friend of mine and see what she posted about this month. Take the tour, there is a link under each picture to see the next photographer’s 10 on 10!!  Panama City Beach Photographer Rebecca Knowles Photography

Fine Art Friday | Pensacola Photographer Tracy Tisdale

We were able to take a trip to Georgia over spring break and enjoy the simple life. The boys fished while Sarahbeth and I took pictures of the horses and flowers, and weeds. lol I have too many pictures to just pick one as my favorite but I did enjoy the simplicity of this shot.

It reminds me of how much fun just “simple” can be.

I hope you enjoy the Fine Art post each month. I really am glad I joined the lady’s from 4 The Love of Focus for this monthly assignment. It is such a great way to push yourself to be creative and use your art to express yourself. I love it!

I love macro shots of dandelions, my daughter and I think all the seed pods look like little fairy skirts. :) Love this one.

Leigh Ann Hnes - March 30, 2012 - 5:02 pm

Love it! I want to reach in there, grab it, and run through the field letting all those little fairy seeds fly away!

Beth - March 30, 2012 - 9:02 pm

After High School | Senior Photographer Pensacola FL

To me, being around Seniors is an exciting place to be.  I love their excitement to move on, their adventuresome spirit, their drive to put things in action.  Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the V. family. Mrs. V wanted to capture some shots of her two children before her oldest goes off to college. I remember this time in my life, when my big brother was going off to college…and I would be an only child!! lol  It’s bitter sweet though, for everyone.  Great times of change, growing, and learning but also changes the family dynamics.

I wish the best for the V family and their new changes that they will experience this fall. I see great things happening for them and I had such a good time with them all. Thank you for trusting me to capture this moment in time for your family. I hope you enjoy this quick sneak peek.
