Fine Art Friday | Pensacola Photographer Tracy Tisdale

I have so enjoyed participating each month with our Fine Art group from 4 The Love of Focus.  This month I have a special image that I am getting printed for my home.  One reason it is special is because it is an image with my daughter in it.  In 1999 I took a picture of my daughter on the coast of San Clemente, CA.  It has always been one of my favorite photos of her as a little girl.  In a few months my daughter will be 16 and I can not believe how time has flown by.

This image was taken on the coast of Pensacola, FL.  It was the day after Ivan had come ashore near the Mississippi and Louisiana border and the beach was very dark and very windy. It was still a great shoot and I was really pleased with what we got that day.  Of course I love to use textures and create a piece that shows emotion.  I hope you enjoy this and please click on the link below to go look at Fine Art pieces from the rest of our group.

Fine Art Friday | Pensacola Beach Photography

This months Fine Art Friday is dedicated to all of our friends in the MS and LA areas that have had to deal with hurricane Isaac this week.  I send out prayers for those that have had to endure damages due to Isaac.

At first we thought it was coming straight for us but in the end we really had it easy.  This picture was taken at Pensacola Beach the day after Isaac had made landfall.  The waves were still tremendous and the clouds still ominous.

Fine Art Friday | Tracy Tisdale Photography, Pensacola FL

We missed out on seeing the Blue Bonnets in Texas this year.  We also found a new home for Tigger.  These pictures that I took a while back were just two that I wanted to post again.  There are some parts of Texas and there are some parts about Tigger that I miss today.  Not bad enough to change my situation, but just wanted to look at them today and be thankful for the time that we did have there, and the time that we had with him too.

Fine Art Friday is a group of photographers from 4 The Love of Focus and we post Fine Art images each month.  Fine Art is different to everybody. What might be art to me might not be to you, and that’s ok. Perdido Key Part 2 | Tracy Tisdale Photography, Emerald Coast Florida

I promised more from Perdido and here they are!!

This beautiful family has such a wonderful story and I was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph them while they vacationed on the emerald shores of Florida.  April and I actually went to school together…way back when.  I have not seen her in over, well…it’s been a very very long time. lol  She has such a wonderful family and I enjoyed meeting all of them last week.  They definitely have their hands full of blessings and lots of love!  Thank you, T. family, for allowing me to capture some sweet moments with your family this past week.  I hope you enjoy this collage.
